This page provides basic information, guidelines and troubleshooting steps for JKPAA donation system.
Since JKPAA has not been registered yet, we are not able to use payment gateways. We are collecting donations through a personal bank account. So when you scan the QR code you would see the name of Subhashree Priyadarshini (alumni of 2001-08 batch). This also means we do not have automatic transaction status updates. Transaction status is manually updated by Sidhartha and can take upto a few hours to reflect on the dashboard. Please bear with us.
Steps to donate
- Navigate to https://donate.jkpaa.org.
- Select your batch.
- Find your name and click on the “Donate Now” next to your name.
- Enter or update your email and mobile number.
- Select the desired purpose for donation and enter an amount (min ₹50).
- Optionally enter a remark for your reference.
- Select “yes” for “Update profile data” to save email and phone for future transactions.
- Click pay.
- You will be taken to a page with an UPI QR code.
- Touch the QR code to open the default UPI app on your phone. If you have open the page on a device without UPI apps, please scan the QR code from your desired application.
- Once you make the payment, click on “Confirm Payment”.
- You will be notified via email when the admin approves the transaction
Troubleshooting
If you made the payment but cancelled the transaction by mistake:
